• The vice of digital pornography weakens the soul; the Catechism of the Catholic Church describes pornography as a grave offense that injures the dignity of its participants, and perverts the intimate giving of spouses to each other.

• For those who have the desire to do well, sadness is an obstacle with which the tempter tries to discourage. As soon as we feel boredom or sadness, we will never be able to complete anything.

• Dear young people, I invite you to register for World Youth Day, in Lisbon in August 2023 in which, after a long period of separation, we will rediscover the joy of fraternal embrace between peoples and between generations. 

• The more we descend with humility, the more God raises us up; to rise towards him descend within ourselves, with an honest outlook upon our frailties and interior poverty.

• Our life is the most precious book that is given to us, a book that unfortunately many do not read; or rather they do so too late, before dying. St Augustine, had understood the book of life by rereading his life. 

• Discernment is the narrative reading of the good times and the dark times and in discernment, it is the heart that speaks to us about God. We must learn to understand its language by unlocking the passwords of our heart.  

• Entrepreneurs are prophets to transform the economy as we are living in an era of notorious economic and social imbalances. 

• The main thing is not to let the evil one steal our hope.

• On the 60th anniversary of the opening of the Second Vatican Council, may the Church be overcome with joy. If she fails to rejoice, she would deny her very self, for she would never forget the love that begot her.  

• Saints do not come from a parallel universe and they are not disconnected from the realities of daily life but faithfully live the Gospel to the fullest in their daily hardships.  

• Let your beauty shine, not turned in on itself like that of Narcissus, but beauty that never fades because it is a reflection of divine beauty.
