From a garage studio started in 1981 by Mother Angelica to being the world’s largest Catholic media network today, EWTN is spreading the truth of Jesus Christ through the faithful teachings of the Catholic Church. EWTN’s 13 global TV channels are broadcast in multiple languages 24 hours a day, seven days a week to over 440 million television households in more than 145 countries and territories. 

On visiting their website (https://www.ewtnvatican.com/), we can see the most trending news article in the home page itself. On scrolling down the same home page, we can find the news shots, Catholic reels and more such videos. 

The taskbar at the top has the same three categories i.e. News, Reels and Analysis, with an addition of a Signup and Donate prompt.

EWTN Vatican, mainly being a news channel, focuses majorly on news and information videos/articles. One can also find various articles on current affairs of the Catholic Church, the stand of the Holy See on several topics, the beautiful heritage of the Catholic Church through its saints as well as its churches. 

In the Analysis section, we see videos/articles mostly about official matters like, Pope Francis’ travels and his visits to different countries and their purpose, the Synod and its outcome, contribution of the Catholic Church to the world, etc.

Going to the Signup section, you will be redirected to a new tab where you can chose to sign up to the channel using your website, to stay updated through their regular mails and newsletters.

On this same Signup page you will also find a link to the map of Rome, which has all the Catholic places marked on it, indeed a great tool for a pilgrim visiting Rome.

Next, we come to the Donate section, where you can consider gifting some amount to EWTN to help more people grow in their love and understanding of God.

At the bottom of the website we find their contact details, as well as the links to their other social media handles like, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. EWTN Vatican also has some podcast channels and the links to them as added in this section as well.

Overall the EWTN website is a simple and user-friendly website, with the goal of ‘bringing Rome to your home.’
