Mother Teresa: Hello there! Peace be with you, dear.

Jisha John: What a surprise!  😃

Jisha John: Peace be with you, Mother.

Mother Teresa: How's the day?

Jisha John: Not bad. All is well… But I feel empty at the end of the day.😞

Mother Teresa: I understand my little one. Tell me.

Jisha John: Oh! The heavenly surveillance. 🙂

Mother Teresa: Yeah.

Jisha John: Actually, I'm not happy. 😕 I feel a drought in me. The sun is heavy. I'm being evaporated.

Mother Teresa: Let us ask the Pillar of Cloud to lead you. He brings springs of water to the dry land. He opens rivers on the bare heights. Sit with him. Update him about your day. You will feel better. 😌

Jisha John: Yeah, I wanted to... but fail so often 😔

Mother Teresa: Have courage. I'm here to help you. You're his beloved ❤.

Jisha John: That means a lot.

Mother Teresa: You're not unwanted... not unloved. I too had times of doubt, loneliness and dryness. If God allows such trials, he will also strengthen us.

Jisha John: It's like walking on the water.

Mother Teresa: Yes dear.

Mother Teresa: We need to leave the comfort of the boat and venture on the water... when we see him standing on it... when he calls us.

Jisha John: Just like St Peter... Mother, you too came out of the boat to the open waters, the deep sea. 

Mother Teresa: The Master's plan was a master plan. My 👪 back in Skopje was my comfort zone.

Jisha John: What made you leave them behind and come to India?

Mother Teresa: As a child, I was inspired by the lives of missionaries. I decided to be one and joined the Sisters of Loretto in 1928, at the age of 18. I reached India the next year after spending a year in Ireland.

Jisha John: You were a teacher for many years, weren't you?

Mother Teresa: Yes, I was. And the call within the call struck me during a train ride to Darjeeling. Jesus wanted me to be him to the poorest of the poor. He wished to walk the slums... to touch... to console. To heal and to love❤. I went along. He calls you to be him too.

Jisha John: Poor me, I denied him many times😢 😔 😟.

Mother Teresa: No worries! Leave it to him.

Jisha John: I understand, Mother. He must increase, but I must decrease.

Jisha John: Tell me, Mother. I'm strengthened hearing you narrate your life in him.

Mother Teresa: Sure. I was to leave the convent and help the poor while living among them. There was no food, no income, and no home. While looking for a home I walked and walked till my arms and legs ached. I thought about how much they must ache in body and soul, looking for homes, food and health. Then, the comfort of Loretto came to tempt me. But he kept me faithful to his holy will. He set up the Missionaries of Charity in 1950.

Jisha John: Praise God! That was a milestone.

Mother Teresa: Praise be to God! The poor help us grow in sanctity, for they are Christ in the guise of distress. We are created to love one another. And to do small things with great love💙.

Jisha John: It's possible to help the poor for some days … maybe for a few years. But doing it for one’s whole life is quite impossible, I feel. Where did you find that perseverance?

Mother Teresa: I found it in prayer and in the silent contemplation of Jesus Christ, his Holy Face, and his Sacred Heart ❤. The time spent before him was my strength. I was recharged every morning during Holy Mass and at the Eucharistic Adoration. I'm nothing without him. I'm unworthy.

Jisha John: With God I'm a hero. Without him I'm a zero.

Mother Teresa: Exactly 💯

Jisha John: Mother, many around the globe live in extreme poverty. They are hungry.

Mother Teresa: Their share is in our hands. We must stretch it out to their reach. It's in giving that we receive.

Mother Teresa: It's a cycle of giving, sharing, serving and moreover loving. Father God loved us so much that he gave his only Son. He gave him to the womb of the Virgin. The moment she had received him, she went in haste to share. And it goes on. We mustn't break this love-cycle.

Mother Teresa: And my dear, there's a much deeper, much greater hunger in the world. It's hunger for love, and that terrible loneliness; being unwanted, unloved, being abandoned by everybody.

Jisha John: Awful!

Jisha John: I have gone through it myself. It's severely bitter. A great number of people in the world are depressed.

Mother Teresa: I'm concerned. People are hungry for love.

Mother Teresa: They're not only naked of clothing, but naked of human dignity, not only homeless with regards shelter, but homeless by being forgotten, unloved, uncared for, being nobody to everybody.

Jisha John: Yes. Though many pretend to be happy, they long to be loved, to be touched...

Mother Teresa: Everyone wants to be somebody to somebody. 

Mother Teresa: Love is at the brink of extinction. All we need are arms around shoulders. If we keep it to ourselves, it would never reach our brethren. The world needs healing. There are innumerable wounds.

Jisha John: You healed many.

Mother Teresa: No, it's Dr Jesus who healed. I was his nurse.

Jisha John: The healer duos👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨

Mother Teresa: His grace! My little one, I ask you to pray for world peace. Do your little part with love.

Jisha John: I will pray along with you, Mother.

Mother Teresa: Let's also assist the innocent unborn children. If the womb is a slaughterhouse, there's no shelter remaining on earth. If a mother could kill her own child, it's the end.

Mother Teresa: My Dear, sit before Him at the Adoration. May you gather strength and be healed... so that you be Christ to many. 😇😇

Jisha John: Thank you Mother. Love you in Christ 😘🥰
