• Catholic healthcare is called to bear witness to human dignity.

• To seek status over service is a spiritual illness.

• The two year synodal path is a call to ‘Encounter, Listen and Discern’.

•  Christian freedom leads to welcoming people and cultures.

•  True freedom flows from the Cross of Christ.

• Power of grace must lead to works of mercy.

• Don't let the 'culture of waste' affect you. 

• Serve like the innkeeper in the parable of the Good Samaritan, requiring patience, constancy, and precision, amid little visibility. 

• I will never tire of upholding the dignity of work.

• Uphold the vocation of the entrepreneur who seeks to produce wealth and diversify production while at the same time making it possible to create jobs.

• The synodal process involves the local churches, in different phases and from the bottom-up, in an exciting and engaging effort that can forge a style of Communion and Participation directed to Mission.
