“How do I live with Sacraments in my life”
For me living in sacraments is about receiving God's grace through practicing little things of our daily life... It helps me and my family to grow closer to him... Every day when we go for work me and my husband pray over each other and I feel that it's a great way of enriching our married life and provides protection for each other.... When we leave our homes we bless ourselves with holy water which is a great way of reminding us our baptism.... We try to go for daily Mass as a family and that gives the spiritual nourishment for our family. Being around the altar of the Lord as a family and offering our struggles with Christ's sacrifices gives us peace and joy. Going for confession as a family is another way of repairing and strengthening our souls. We also pray for priests and help in our parish whichever way we can. As a Jesus Youth, being part of the formation training sessions has certainly helped me to increase my awareness of sacraments and applying them to my day to day life helps me to grow closer to him....

As a teenager and young adult, I never realized that sacraments are meant to be aides to helps us get to our eternal resting place. Difficulties are part and parcel of every body’s life, if anybody lived through their entire life without having any difficulty, then they must be joking. Sacraments are perfect aides during difficult and good times to get God’s help and blessings. For the last two years I have been attending daily mass as consistently as possible and frequent confession on a biweekly basis. My simple answer is confession healed my wounds and Eucharist was my spiritual food to get through the day.
Lot of recent researches talks about the benefits of regular confession, I was thrilled know that the sacrament of confession instituted by the Catholic church thousands of years back is what modern science claims as one of the most effective physiological healing processes.
I want to leave all of you with one-word ACE, stands for #1.
A – Adoration
C – Confession
E – Eucharist
If you want to have a relationship with your Creator and your life transformed, just do them as regularly as possible.

Graces for my daily life - Holy Eucharist! When I started attending the Holy Mass meaningfully, it slowly started to change my inner self. My attitudes and my prejudice gave way to more understanding and love towards me and others. I am getting new convictions and answers for my questions about my life after receiving my Lord, Jesus Christ daily. I am a new creation in Jesus Christ now. Alterations in every aspect of life are easy now. All my decisions and actions have been given the priority for the will of my God, the Father. Each day, the Holy Spirit is guiding and helping me to live a better sacramental life. I am happy as a Catholic where I can receive the abundant graces I need very much in my life for the betterment of myself and my society. Praise God.

We recently visited a hill station during the summer season. The thing about hill stations as we all know is that they have a constant cool and pleasant temperature throughout the year. Having a sacramental life is like living in the hill stations. Through all the seasons of worries, times of giving in to temptations and so many other moments of spiritual dryness, these Sacraments help in maintaining a pleasant atmosphere of your soul. That’s how my life is with sacraments in it, especially the Holy Eucharist and confession. In the midst all the ups and downs of life, these sacraments play a deep role in keeping a pleasant atmosphere of my soul. One thing I have realized and experienced is these sacraments help us to remain in HIM, each one of them. So the more I frequent the Holy mass and confession the more I feel HIS presence in me. I was amazed by nature's beauty in the hill station-so many kinds of plants bearing flowers and fruits even in summer. Same is the life of a person living a sacramental life; inspite of all troubled seasons of life, he or she will continue to bear fruits as they are in HIM.

Being a Catholic, as it is obligatory to attend Sunday Holy Mass, I followed the same as a ritual. I have practiced my religious responsibilities in fear of what others may think about me because the people around had already placed me as a very religious person. I have tasted the love of Christ during the Discipleship Training Program 2013, organised by Jesus Youth Delhi. It has been a blessing that I have been able to stay at the JY Perpetual Adoration House in Delhi since 2013. Later on, I have made conscious efforts to attend Holy Mass more frequently and truly it is God who has made it possible. Sacrament of reconciliation has become my regular companion since I started attending daily Mass. I always thank Him for patiently waiting for me at the confessional and filling my heart with His peace. “Bear fruit that befits repentance (Matthew 3:8)”, I pray that this Word of God may be deep rooted in my heart and bear fruit in my life. Even though the struggles are still on, the Sacrament of Eucharist and Reconciliation gives me immense strength to strive for holiness and to succeed in spiritual warfare. Moreover, I could experience the living presence of Jesus and guidance of Holy Spirit in all ups and downs in my day to day life.
